TGC marked its third anniversary in the United States in September, and will celebrate the same for our United Kingdom division in early 2017.   Last year we were remarkably fortunate to work with teams and organizations across the globe, including Brazil, Ireland, Australia, France, the UK and the US.   We continue to offer full service programs to small and mid-sized companies, that help them understand the employee experience, and create strategies to attract and engage valuable talent.

Recent global events have created ambiguity around many of the foundational rules of engagement businesses and human resources professionals have relied on.   Change management and employee engagement have never been more important, as critical levers to help navigate and succeed in this unchartered environment.    Companies that embrace the current scenario as a journey, demonstrate agility, and commit the resources to nurture their most important asset – people – will succeed.   We are already partnering with clients to tackle these exciting challenges, and look forward to continuing this important work in 2017.

Two years ago, we debuted a People Poll at the CIPD Annual Conference in Manchester, and have used it since at HR West and other events in the United States and Europe.    With this issue of the Quarterly, we are hoping you will take a moment to share your thoughts on key workplace issues.  We’ll report out on the poll results in early 2017.
